I have a habit of putting sticky notes all over the place. 1. Get up when your alarm goes off.
Your first five seconds of the day are crucial. Hitting the snooze button starts a procrastination mindset that can spread to your entire day, making it difficult to stay motivated. The longer you debate getting up, the less likely it is you actually will (Believe me, I know. I’m not a morning person).
